Your Contents can be licensed by yourself or any buyer when they are available to them.

To that end, each Content has a Status information.

Rules

Since Statut is representing Content's availability in the system, some rules apply:

  • New (illustrated by a black dot) means the Content has been created but is not available for any licensing.

    • You can move to private or public anytime.

  • Private (illustrated by a gray dot) means the Content is available for licensing only by yourself. It can not be seen by any Partners you are connected to;

    • You can move from available or private status only if this Content is not already included in an active Contract.

  • Available (illustrated by a green dot) means the Content is not for any licensing by yourself or any of your connected partners;

    • You can move from available or private status only if this Content is not already included in an active Contract.

Blocked (illustrated by a red dot) means the Content has an issue in a Contract. This statut is set by the system.
