How to set up a free trial period?
Set a free trial period, in days, to allow your customers to test your subscription offer. To access your content, they will still have to enter their bank details, but the first debit will only be taken at the end of the period you have defined.
To set up a free trial period, go to OFFER MANAGEMENT > Price plan > Then when you are in an offer, by
Pricing SVOD for example > Price configuration in the Settings section.
Define a trial period in days using the > Free trial days.
The contents included in your offer will be accessible during the number of days chosen.
