If you have multiple offers, you may need to redirect your users to a page with only one offer.

To do this, go to the menu: Offer management > Pricing plans > Pricing.

Hover your mouse over the 'Link to your offer' logo in one of the offers in your pricing.

You will then obtain the link which goes directly to your offer page

PLEASE NOTE: This can only work if the offer in question has more than one price configuration offered.
