You would like to change this address to, for example: https://www.lesproductions.fr or https://vod.lesproductions.fr or https://videos.lesproductions.fr or https://boutique.lesproductions.fr etc...
These are examples and you can choose any name you like.
Getting started
Two steps if you already own your domain name:
- Subscribe to the "domain name personalisation and secure SSL" option (or send an email to support@okast.tv).
- Create a domain name and sub-domain from your DNS manager (OVH, Godaddy etc...) then send the domain name to: support@okast.tv
The procedure
- We generate and send you a CSV certificate. This certificate takes 48 hours to be validated by our suppliers.
- You must add the CNAMEs in the certificate to your DNS zone.
- We integrate this certificate into our services and generate an ALB URL.
- You must then redirect your domain name to our platform using this ALB URL, which we will provide to you.
Your platform's personalised URL will then be functional.
Example on OVH
Add a DNS entry
Select as pointing fields: CNAME
1 Add an entry for the certificate
Type: CNAME
Name: _UNE SERIE DE CHIFFRES ET LETTRES.exemple.fr.
TTL : Default
Target or value: _UNE SERIE DE CHIFFRES ET LETTRES.acm-validations.aws.
In this OVH example, do not add the '.example.fr' in the 'Subdomain' field contained in the file. The extension is already present in the expected result.
2 Add an entry for the redirection
Type: CNAME
Name: www (or the sub-domain of your choice)
TTL: Default
Target or value: okast-lb-storefront-REDIRECT LINK OKAST.amazonaws.com

If you receive an error message asking you to delete entries, follow the instructions.
You will then have to wait a little while for it to propagate.
