Here's the interface for creating and managing folders
Create folder(s)
This screen lets you create as many folders as you like.
As with Tag, folders can be hierarchically arranged.
The creation process is similar.
Media naming rules
Only the following characters are allowed in a media name:
[A-Za-z0-9._-]
A - Z
a - z
0 - 9
special characters: . _ -
Method
- Fill in the Name field: Autopromo Okast
- Set Color: Light blue
- Fill in the Fallback field: none
- Fill in the field Editorial Description: OKAST software promotional content.
- Fill in the Path field: Demo
Result
The Okast Autopromo folder is created and displayed below the creation interface.
Adding media/programs to a folder
Once your folders have been created, click on the button to the right of the folder to add/delete content in the folder concerned.
The add/delete interface lets you drag and drop content from the left-hand column to the right-hand column.
You can display all content or filter it by folder or tag.

Once you've made your content selection, click on the red button (above the right-hand column) to save the folder configuration.
Modify media/programs in a folder
Once your folders have been created, click on the button to the right of the folder to add/delete content in the folder concerned.
The interface will display the folder's contents.
You can add or remove media from the folder.
You can also modify their scenarios using the multiple selection menu:
- Click on the button ...
- Select the action you wish to perform
- Click on Apply
- Confirm the desired action
- Click on apply
- Don't forget to validate your changes by clicking on the red button.
