Your users can access a range of information from their user profile, including their personal details, passwords, subscriptions and unsubscriptions, viewing history, comments and notification management.

Personal information

They will find the information they entered when subscribing or registering on your platform. They can update their information, but also delete their user account from your platform.

To change the fields in their information requests, go to your back office, menu > PLATFORM > Layout > Signup page and for more information go to our dedicated help page > Customize the sign up fields of your platform (signup page)

It is also on this page that your users will find their payment information ''Go to my billing information'' if you have activated the option on the Stripe platform.

Go to our dedicated help page to enable your users to manage their payment methods > Display Stripe payment information to your users

Passwords

Your users can update their password here.

My subscriptions (and unsubscriptions)

They will find a summary of their subscriptions, the direct debit cost, their renewal date and their status in this tab.

The Cancel button is used to end the subscription, rental or any other subscription on your content platform.

On this page, your users can only cancel subscriptions taken out from your platform's web page: /my_offers.

If your user unsubscribes, a form will be displayed to find out why.

If you have added reasons for unsubscribing or not displayed this form, please contact support.

To find the results of the form in your BO, go to the menu ANALYTIC > Sales > What are the reasons of unsubscriptions to my offers?

For more information, read our dedicated help page > Analytics: sales, subscriptions and unsubscriptions (churn)

On the other hand, cancelling an offer subscribed to from an application must be done from the Apple or Google settings (like all applications), even if your platform's offer web page displays application offers in the My subscriptions menu.

My history

The viewing history, i.e. the content that your user has viewed (over 30s), is sorted by viewing date, from the most recent to the least recent.

For a better user experience, content that has been viewed several times a day will only be visible once in the user's daily history.

My comments

They can then find out :

  • the status of their comment, whether it has been validated and/or reported
  • the number of likes it has received
  • the number of replies it has received

For more information about setting up comments for your users from your back office, see our dedicated help page > Activate comments on your platform

My notifications

Each user can set their notification subjects directly here.

For more information about setting up notifications for your users from your back office, see our dedicated help page > Creating and managing push notifications on your platform.
