To generate and export this report, click on the Video tab, then All videos, and finally click on the > button.. 

This is the interface for defining your criteria and generating the report.

This report lets you know :

• How many times a media item has been programmed and broadcast during the defined time interval.

• How many minutes of programs were broadcast during the defined time interval.

Create and export a broadcast report

This screen allows you to create a report according to several criteria :

• Start date (whole month).

• End date (whole month).

• Tags: allows you to limit the report to media bearing the selected tag(s).

• Include deleted files.

• Output format: XLSX or PDF.

Define a selection 

Steps to follow:

1. Choose a start date: example January 2023.
2. Choose an end date: example February 2023.
3. Select 1 or more tags corresponding to your programs. To select several items, hold down the ALT or CMD key in addition to clicking.
4. Choose an output format.
5. Click on the Generate button.
6. Finally, click on the Download file button.

This will download the report to your computer in the desired format.
